1. Metal cans

Metal cans are generally made of tinned thin steel plates, with shapes ranging from square to cylindrical. There are two types of covers: single layer and double layer. From the perspective of sealing, there are two types: general cans and sealed cans. In terms of packaging technology, general cans can be packaged with deoxidizers to remove oxygen from the packaging. Metal cans have better protection against tea leaves than composite films, and their appearance is beautiful and noble. However, their disadvantages include high packaging costs, high weight ratio of packaging to goods, and increased transportation costs
2. Paper box
The paper box is formed by printing on white paper, gray board paper, etc., and prevents damage to the paper box packaging, and has excellent shading performance. In order to solve the volatilization of tea leaves in paper box packaging and avoid external odors, tea leaves are usually packaged in polyethylene plastic bags and then placed in paper boxes. The disadvantage of paper box packaging is its susceptibility to moisture. In recent years, paper-plastic composite packaging boxes have emerged, overcoming the problem of cardboard boxes being prone to moisture. The packaging box made of plastic film layer or moisture-proof coating on the inner layer has the function of composite film bag packaging, and has the protection and rigidity of paper box packaging.
3. Plastic forming container
Plastic shaped containers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride have the characteristics of being generous, beautiful, and have good packaging and display effects. However, their sealing performance is poor, and they are often used as outer packaging in tea packaging, with composite film plastic bags used for packaging inside. In addition, packaging box manufacturers sometimes use plastic composite films, which have many advantages such as lightweight, not easily damaged, good heat sealing, and affordable prices, and are widely used in packaging.
